The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
The highly anticipated Hiram College schedule is out. Looks like a scrimmage and one "regular season" series versus club teams.

It took some time for Freshman Adam Manji to get used to playing college level, but I liked what I saw of him before he got hurt. (We actually had to cancel a game because all 3 of our goalies got hurt in December.) But Coach Lang will know if he's right for RPI.
So who was at the game the last time Coach Lang was at Houston Field House? Nov 23, 2007 (1-1 tie)
Technically the next night's game was the last, but that was Alabama Huntsville.

No one expects him to stay when the team goes D2, so this also is to be expected. What's weird is that the AIC job lists Atlantic Hockey as a league to be aware of their rules. On a side note, I heard an alumni say that there is talk that the college will sit out 2025-2026. But let's hope.
That's the question I hope that RPI asked. When Lang was hired, it was after the 2015-16 season ended. And we ended up with a lot of Freshmen that you wouldn't think we'd be able to get. A friend of mine asked one "Why were you still available?" And the player flat out said, "I don't know"...
There were at least two things going on this year.
1 )Lack of a quarterback
2) Being told the team was folding
I have been following AIC since 2008. Our 2019-20 team had 5 D men who could quarterback play and bring the puck up the ice. It's scary how good the entire team was because of...
USCHO announces that these two teams are playing in the Division 3 Independent Championship, yet the game is not on either team's web pages. Are they actually going on?
Lost password. The Lost password link was not working for me. It said an email was being sent to my hotmail account, but I never received the email, and to the best of my knowledge, I do not have USCHO on my blocked email list. In a stroke of luck, found a hotmail screen that had my last...
AIC has two recruits before the season ends. First time I've seen this in all my years of following them. And now this news!
Coach Wright has retired.

See how these lines go, and 13 had a good Saturday game so could go in if something is noticed in any of the lines.
We also have some good players who are relegated to the 4th line that...

Hoping to say, "we beat the national champ" but no such luck.
Two commitments for next year, hoping for another strong class to build on last year. Baby steps!
