    BOSTON COLLEGE 2025 - 2026

Anyone know if Jellvik will be back tonight... or ever? Give me some new line combos. Let's hope things go better against NU than the last time we played them.

Northeastern 2025-26: After Hours at the Old Barn

Exhibition games in the NPI era are the same as during the PWR era. Pairwise being replaced by NPI doesn't change anything there. I'd expect a split between BC and NU this weekend. If BC can manage a sweep I'd be impressed and would have some optimism. Goaltending is iffy and probably will...

    BOSTON COLLEGE 2025 - 2026

🤷‍♂️ The beatings will continue until morale improves. The entire athletic department needs to be nuked into oblivion.

    BOSTON COLLEGE 2025 - 2026

New gold jerseys look to be on tap for tonight. Judging from pictures and comparing the small part of the eagle logo they hinted, it appears to be a gold version of the last Fenway jerseys. Can Greg Brown beat Denver? I would imagine Jellvik will be back tonight and have to think Cloutier...

UMaine 25-26: Marques My Word: Back to the Big Time

Last season I was having a heck of a time with the commercials going on in endless loops (gdamn BK commercials that just wouldn't stop) for what seemed like longer than what a timeout break should be to the point where I got suspect, would leave the game and then go back into it and get right...

    BOSTON COLLEGE 2025 - 2026

Slow down folks. Tickets are not listed on TM at the moment, not even on the schedule for TD Garden, so I think it's reasonable to conclude they have not been put on sale yet and will go on sale at a later date. HE Tourney is also in the same boat. And I see no evidence that the schools are...

    Yes. More sad than hilarious.

    This thread is hilarious.

When will we see NCAA Power Index (NPI)?

Interesting stuff Grant. I guess we need to see how the this will all work (especially with weighting) when we have a bigger sample. I believe 3 on 3 OT is a complete mockery of the sport but why bother if the difference between a home OT win (0.48) and home tie (0.4) is 0.08... IDK I guess it...

    BOSTON COLLEGE 2025 - 2026

Pretty solid effort last night. As always, the B1G teams remain a much more favorable matchup for our program compared to QU, which is a terrible matchup. Faceoffs continue to be a problem but they got a solid win last night without Jellvik, who is turning into a Ben Eaves with the injuries...

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

Poor Mick Mounsey... the image of him that lives on forever is him sliding into his own goal in Buffalo trying to stop Vanek's dangle/goal into the wide open net after drawing Mike Ayers out of the crease into another zip code. Insane patience by Vanek to hold onto the puck. I forget if a...

UNH 2025 Offseason: Where in the World is MS7?

Q: What's the difference between a right-wing conspiracy theory and the truth? A: About 6 months. One of favorite things to do during the lockdown was mess with the fine folks at r/boston and r/massachusetts and tell them about how my fake vaxx card got me into all the good restuarants. It...

BU Hockey '24-'25: Reloaded for another Frozen Four run

"Team benches will be determined based on locker room assignments. When possible, a team shall be placed directly in front of or across from its ticketed allotment. If each team competing in a game has its ticket allotment at the same end of the ice, the team that has tickets assigned directly...

BC Women's Hockey 2024-2025: Embrace The Chaos

I mean... he isn't getting rid of Earl Grant either. The entire athletic department is a disaster with the exception of women's lacrosse and potentially football coming back under BOB, who kind of fell into our lap. Hopefully this nonsense leaves when Fr. Leahy does.

We have the BC Campus School for the mentally disabled. Chuck will fit right in there and it's right up the stairs from the hockey rink so he should be comfortable there.

Reasonable question but might as well try? We know what doesn't work... one-line teams. Anyone know when the last one-line team won the title? For us, we know it doesn't work just from our experience with Eaves-Eaves-Voce in 2004 (also failed to get out of the QFs and lost in the NCAA...

Pretty sure Vegas had DU as the favorite in this matchup.
