The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
I think I first joined this around 2007. Obviously my current handle is more recent.
I see a couple of Rodent posters are still in the Cafe, but it doesn't seem like they have a thread anymore. Some of them were fun and some of them seriously lacked a sense of humor. I guess things aren't all...
Oofff... I never root for injuries. I broke my ankle taking a shot once and it wasn't fun.
But then again... wouldn't have happened if he was still wearing a Badger jersey.
They kept mentioning what a loss he was while really not bothering to mention the two guys we have out and their value.
Still on cloud 9 over this.
It's been so long that I'm not sure how to handle it lol.
AND we play the Flickertails? Isn't that what we were calling them when they were nameless there for a couple seasons?
They'll always be the Sioux to me.
We're gonna be on a spring break trip during the...
So fun.
We had to leave for a show at 6:30 and were gonna listen to OT in the car but I said let’s watch the first couple minutes coz overtime in hockey often ends quick and it did so we got to see it.
I'm not the one who said that. I wouldn't agree with that as this is the first game I saw of Dartmouth, so I wouldn't know.
You made a comment about the score being 1-1 late into the game, implying that it was a closely contested. True that it was 1-1 and hockey can be that way but the 1-1...
Sent my kid to Howie's camp one time.
He called the house about something and spoke to my wife. She still mentions it every once in a long while when we're talking about the Wisconsin goaltending... how intimidating he was even though he was nice as could be on the phone haha.
He used to come...
Appreciate all this even if I see some of it differently.
One thing... I'm not someone who reflexively blames the goalie. I generally see things that led to the opponent's opportunity and can see when it's not actually on the goalie. That said, the play in question last night wasn't exactly a...
Where did I call for Dartmouth's relegation? I stated that the Badgers outplayed Dartmouth the entire game today. And they did.
Shouldn't you be spending your energy getting hyped for BU's game? Do you guys have a thread?
Looked to me like he over-slid the play, was off his angle and then the puck went right by his glove. I'm open to the possibility that I saw it wrong.
Being the second shot he saw is irrelevant.
Hauser has some serious work to do on his mechanics.
Nice start to finish effort. Could have been a laugher much earlier than it was.
Good step for this program no matter what happens Saturday.
Maybe the guys will be extra motivated by VEGAS BABY!
Lacrosse also.
My kid was a defensive middie and was an outstanding face-off specialist (good at it in hockey too) and would win the face-off and get off or if he lost it would stay out till we got the ball back.
/shameless plug but sometimes I still miss watching him compete.
I saw Amos do...
lol... yeah.
Taking academics out of it, are they good at anything other than football and more recently, women's hockey?
Hey tOSU... I promise you, no one cares.
Is it just me or does Amos look like a hostage in that video?
Muzzy got the "4 penalty kills" in more than once, clearly trying to imply bias. Could have easily been 8.
Played a second victim card by saying that people don't like her program because of "the" in the Ohio State University. Nah...
