    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

That info on Retrum was mostly for Zed, he was a big fan of hers at one time and played with Janecke and Roberts as a frosh. Yes, obviously, PSU is having a great year. Penn State has had a number of players transfer and go on to lead or near the lead in scoring for their new team in...

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

Stella Retrum is currently leading Vermont in scoring. Penn State needs to work on their player retention since the bonus years are finished. This year will have a giant amount of players who have used up their eligibility and keeping every non senior or grad student should be priority number...

Boston College Women's Hockey '25-'26: It's The Hope That Kills You

Well BC has a better record than BU. It's kind of a surprise that BU is 1-7. Ava Thomas put up a lot of points for the Junior Flyers and it is translating to D1 with her recent conference award. That's a positive for BC.

Does Janecke have to sit out the next game with the 10 minute major? There are bigger players on PSU that can take care of business for Janecke. Janecke is the player of the year of the conference, anytime you lose her, the other team is getting the better of that. As far as the outdoor game...

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

Robert Morris is the new Lindenwood of trying to get you roll down in the mud. Penn State needs to be more disciplined. It's a little surprising on the bench penalties.

Roberts is on a bit of a hot streak. The d is not getting enough credit. Desa is having a great senior year.

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

Surprise - three players tied with the lead in blocks at 10 each. Tullock, Butze and .... Janecke. Outwater leads the team in goals with 9 and Maynard with assists with 11. Zed bummer on the no show. PSU fan great info.

What kind of photoshoot? Halloween or hockey? Stonehouse finally broke through. It was Fantin's line to shine this weekend. Campbell ended up getting the start and shutout.

Great research Zed. That is quite the international roster.

A shorty for each team. Looking at the schedule you have to gravitate to Cornell, OSU and Northeastern. Saint Lawrence split with Mercyhurst and RIT. Lindenwood had the lead for a period.

Great write up on all things Penn State. Fantin looks good. However, the Christian, Keller and Outwater line is putting up some serious numbers.

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

Desa letting in only one goal over a two game weekend is going to lead to a ton of wins. Kudos to the coaching staff on everything.

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

I definitely see some different things being run by Penn State, that's new and I am sure it's confusing for other teams. Sisti is getting some of his own medicine. However, for half the game the scoring was sparse and Mercyhurst is not to be taken lightly. I'm still waiting for a shutdown line...

Keller apparently is really good at faceoffs! McKenna Walsh is playing on the same line with Janecke and Roberts. The d need to get some of the credit too.

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

Janecke on a designed play off a faceoff that Janecke did not take the faceoff. Impressive from a few different points of view. Namely, the coaching staff thinks there is someone as good as Janecke at faceoffs to count on that person to pull off the designed play.

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

Vaslet is coming off a lost year to injury. Her high end skating will lead to opportunities for her and her teammates. Mercyhurst has basically reshaped their team, but I am sure the intense rivalry will continue.

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

Campbell gets her first taste of collegiate activity with a shutout. Walsh definitely buzzes around. Stecker has the versatility to move to offense if needed.

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

I think Outwater was robbed last year of Rookie of the year and she will meet up with the Rookie of the year last year, Scanlin next week against Mercyhurst. Christian is showing that her scoring prowess from last year is carrying over to this season also. Desa is solid again.

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

Delaware split with Holy Cross over the weekend for their first win. Meanwhile, Mercyhurst is looming on the schedule for the following weekend and Sisti has retooled the team with what looks like 12 new players. Mercyhurst has quite the pipeline going with Sweden and Finland and if course the...

    2025-26 Penn State Nittany Lions

7 total blocks is really light. Five goals will cover up a lot of stuff. Coomey has been gone for two classes which means she does not know more than half the team so I don't think Delaware will be able to exploit any tendencies she may have noticed by being on the ice with the players because...
