The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Was it Parker who said sometime the game should just be called “goalie”?
Full props to Denver but I’m not sure that getting outshot by a 2-1 margin in both frozen four games would be a part of anyone’s game plan?
Probably old news but Don Sweeney interview indicates the plan is for Dean to stay at the heights for another year. (so I will have to cheer against him for one more year lol)
Maybe a dumb question… But where he signed an amateur tryout contract… Could that possibly leave the window open for him returning to the college game?
I read it as the Brunis don't want to let him burn one of his ELC years - but could call him up if his performance in Providence makes them think he could help in a playoff run (if they even make the playoffs).... (in other words the Bruins trying to be "frugal")
Interesting take on Hagens:

Definitely could be the Bruins in their notoriously cheap way holding up a deal.
Can't speak to BC, but on the BU side i think there was a big element of playing as individuals rather than team hockey (Pandolfo alluded to this more than once in post game interviews), at least one high end transfer underperforming (possibly with a nagging injury) and the question has come up...
