I don’t understand this at all. You can only drink the beer in a timeout area like a little kid? It’s just a beer for Christ sakes? This boggles the mind

RPI 2025–26: Off the Critical List and In Recovery

probably not. If we can get back to 3-3.5k fans most nights I would say that’s pretty good. Lang has his work cut out for him.

RPI 2025–26: Off the Critical List and In Recovery

Win and the fans will come back to the HFH. Considering how bad the program has been it’s actually remarkable we still get over 2k fans most games. Of course we get a few duds like the SLU game. I have full confidence in lang.

You’re 100% correct. I also think Langs time at West Point influenced his coaching style. West Point does not get the most talented players due to the military commitment after 4 years but West Point teams are some of the hardest working most disciplined teams there are. They play a hard nosed...

RPI 2025–26: Off the Critical List and In Recovery

I agree doc. I’m a fan of the no bullshit approach. Lang is no nonsense and I love it. He’s absolutely correct he needs more talent which will come. He inherited a mess which lang himself said is a 3 year rebuild. He was hired to rebuild the program not blow smoke

    BC @ RPI: 10/17/25 AD

great period by the good guys. I really like how this team doesn’t panic with the puck. Lang has them playing confident. Defensively they are light years better than Dave’s nonsense.

Providence is a heavy team. Both teams are a real challenge.

RPI 2025–26: Off the Critical List and In Recovery

Good interview. Love his recruiting strategy. Ontario, Quebec, prep, ushl, Europe. Stay close to home None of this 75 recruits from Alberta league. Love that he’s taking some of what he learned from Riley at West Point and applying it to RPI. Toughness, discipline, determination. Lang is the...

RPI 2025–26: Off the Critical List and In Recovery

Agreed! I thought Fridays game we really came out hard in the 1st period against Miami. 2nd period was not as good but we rebounded in the 3rd. You’re right I just think we’re playing teams with more high end skill. Miami is decent but the 1st line is really good. I came away from the weekend...
