The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Disappointing to read about Mercyhurst, especially for the players and everyone involved with the program over the years. How many schools can sustain D1 athletic programs in today's environment.
St. Norbert at Hobart (Anyone can pick chalk)
UW-Stout at Utica (Nobody likes Heenan)
Aurora at Endicott (Sleeper Team)
Norwich at Hamilton (DIII is better when Norwich is relevant again)

It's not wrong. Players mostly come for financial reasons: $18,000 for the first year and then $6,000 for each of the next three years. Who wouldn't go for $36,000 over 4 years? Parents and players don't care about facilities. Every school has an alumni network; that's a mute point. Coach...
Coaches didn't ask for this! All agreed adding Hobart and Skidmore would put their programs at a huge disadvantage. This decision was made by poorly educated Presidents and spineless AD's.
