    I’ll be honest that I wasn’t crazy about it but we don’t really know who else was in the mix and Barr obviously has a relationship with him from before. I’m shocked how bad this weekend went. I would have put the mortgage on Maine winning at least one game.

    Was one of those the Van Dyk meltdown? If it was that’s probably the worst Maine game I’ve ever seen. A small caveat would be UNH won that game in OT. Obviously the rules were a lot different then.

    Said the exact same thing a few weeks ago. This five game stretch was the perfect chance to string some wins together and of course they can’t even win the first game. I don’t see this as a Barr issue at all. There is only so much he can do.

    Maine doesn’t really have a ton of say with regards to the future of college hockey. I think all of us would like it to stay as it is for the most part but who knows how feasible it is. Money is driving the bus not what fans want.

    It drives me nuts when Maine throws the puck at the net and hopes it goes in. Need to move and shoot the puck with a lot more purpose.
