The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Barr mentioned on Saturday that it should be okay to get in and watch practices now. Not sure which entrance will be open to do so, but I'm going to try on Wed afternoon.
I'm all for not rolling out the red carpet for opponents but there is a happy medium behind being a dusty ol broom closet and the lavish new setup the mens/womens teams have now.
I think you also don't want it so bad that players start to think "if this room is this terrible I wonder how bad...
Got a chance to check out the new facilities today and they are really impressive. Locker rooms are really spacious and everything flows well from area to area. Players had nothing but glowing things to say.
Gonna try and make it up to a practice this week so hopefully we'll have some line...
I'm a stout guy myself as well, but sadly none of these are. Mostly a selection of IPAs so kind of hoping they expand the list a bit.
I think Wicked is their blueberry beer but can't recall if it's a sour or not.
Imagine the beer selection will be the same as last season.
The cheapest was Bud Light and a couple OBC seltzers at $10. OBC also had a few others (Go Blue, Stein Song, Tubular, Wicked) for $14. Think there was another cider option as well but can't recall the brand.
While I generally don't mind a push to more things being digital, concert and sports tickets are one of the few things that I actually appreciate being physical so I'll delay until they force me to make the switch.
Planning to make the trek to Schneider in January for the Maine series.
Been a few seasons since I've been to a game there but looking forward to seeing how your roster shakes out this season.
Adding my line projections here as well. I'll be excited to know when the Alfond is opened up enough for practice access.

Fowler | Komarov | Russell
Scholle | Pichette | Peluso

Boija...
It's kind of a catch-22 because while obviously strength of schedule matters, there is also something important about cultivating growth across college hockey in general. I don't have a problem with Stonehill on the schedule for this reason. There is a chance that when their arena is finished...
That's why I was surprised they didn't do more than just a $9 increase per seat. Not sure where NorthMike is but at least for me under the students it wasn't much at all.
For my two seats in Section G there was a very small increase up from $261 per seat to $270 this season. I was expecting a bigger price hike honestly so that was a pleasant surprise.
I'd have to check but I believe they were $215 per seat in 21/22 when I got season tix again.
I'm the complete opposite. I love when players take the high numbers.
Poirier will be the first Maine player to wear 93. Was hoping Rousseau would also keep 60 (another number that hasn't been worn).
Edit: Took a look and Lipinski will also be the first to wear 41.
