    I agree on Sokolovsky, he's a little raw but he has all the tools to be a great player. He's much closer to a David Breazeale than Keenan Suthers mobility-wise and he's not afraid to use his size. I was also impressed with #18 for London who was another large, mobile defenseman.

    The QMJHL season is starting and Moncton vs Newfoundland is being streamed for free right now. Kuzma Vronin is playing on the first line and the new recruit Spencer Thornborough is on the third for Moncton. Mikus Vecvanags is in net for Newfoundland.

    I'm not sure how much higher demand can be when tickets are essentially sold out in 15 minutes. Maine will never be able to keep up with the Big10 moneywise, but I'm all for creative ways to try to raise as much money as possible.

    Looks like the narrative that Barr can't get talented forwards is over. This is easily the best on paper recruiting class at Maine I've been around for. I'm sure some of the older guys can comment on how this stacks up to some of the best Walsh teams.
