The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
I'll mostly cheer for the league, but I've been around long enough that BU would have to be playing Al Queda to get me to pause long enough to consider rooting for them. And I still might not.
For me, last night is why I think the four 1 seeds should host the regionals. And if Alfond isn't big enough, for example, each school could have a backup rink. Think UConn and their glorified HS rink. But to stay with this host school thing,I believe the host should be a 1 or 2 seed to stay...
Somebody said the team traveling farther won every game last night. It's holding today as well. BC won. UConn is up 3-1 in the third. And DU is up 3-0 near the end of the second.
Go Blue!!
Penalties:
Cornell 1/2
Mich. St 1/2
MN St 2/4 game in 2OT
W MI 1/2
OSU 2/4
BU 8/24
One of these teams is not like the others. BU being BU - continuing to be first in PIM/game. Punks.
I'm loving the band's rugby shirts. I live in CA so I can't really pop by campus - do any of you know whether that blue & white striped rugby shirt is sold with a hockey logo? Thanks.
It could be an all HE FF. BC is a virtual lock. If the good BU shows up for an entire weekend, they could go to St. Louis. If Maine doesn't win Allentown, UConn will. That leaves UMass, which is the weak HE link here, but it could happen. The Bi6lies and NaCHo fans would have a coronary!
Blame the producers, not the players. With the delay to avoid televising stupidity live, the producers needed to inform the locations well before they went live.
