    Biddco will be attending this series and believes that tUMD will be lucky to get any points. tUMD has only one line and has major problems scoring. MTU sweeps.

    UNO is looking better than advertised while UMD might not be living up to the hype. Not sure what to make of UMD. Looked great at times and has looked very inexperienced at other times. UNO impressed me with their sweep of MTU, but it goes to show you shouldn't be against a Blais coached team...

    Oh eff it I'll make this thread. I would be surprised if UMD played Wisconsin in Duluth ever again. Which is less of a big deal than playing in Madison. Had a blast last time when I road tripped there. This series is definetly sweep-able for UMD as Wisconsin was swept in their opening weekend...

    I'm just glad Brady transferred so he wouldn't have to worry about being the backup...oh wait... :) Nice to see a non-conference series between this two teams. I'm sure the fact that Steve Rohlik is a former UMD assistant had something to with this... Somehow I see this series being split.

    WCHA First Round: MSU-M @ tUMD - Mohawk Time!

    Good match up for UMD as they have a great record against MSU in their last 14. It is something like 11-1-2 against the Mavericks. I am very excited to see how this team will play in the playoffs. UMD Sweeps.

    I'm going with under 25. UMD has been struggling as of late, but has scored 5 pp goals in its last 61 minutes of hockey. UMD split its series against UND. MSU has been playing .500 hockey for a couple months now. They also did something UMD failed to do, sweep UAA in Anchorage last weekend...

    In 3rd period of last nights blowout UMD win against MSU-M, Amsoil played "The Bernie". Students and fans are put on the jumbotron if they do "the Bernie". Look who was caught doing it! :D The crowd erupted into laughter and cheers. It was one of the loudest non-goal moments at the game.
