The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
I don't know. Wouldn't bother me at all as they seem to have budget issues, travel budget in particular, besides continual poor performance. The 2 can go hand in hand. I suppose NaCHCo would want to replace them with another team if they did
I went to a beach in Maine for a day, ate a ton of those "Red Snappers". Turned my skin bright red and felt burnt. Someone told me it was the Sun but I didn't fall for it!
When I lived in Texas they'd eat Moon Pies (chocolate or banana) and wash it down with an RC Cola. Too much...

Was very easy to get used to, after going to UND hockey games in the frozen desert at -35F, rush from the car to get into the arena to warm up, slipping & sliding on the ice covered parking lot........
Nice! Also, you got to come to an ASU hockey game, tailgating in 75-80F weather, beer & taco's in the sun, shorts & sandals, put the jersey on when you walk into the arena to stay warm......😉👹
Denver may have a great shot at payback on our home ice this weekend!

Great sweep of Miami on their home ice, aka "Stanford of the Midwest", "Ivy of the Midwest". They were the only NCHC school to vote against inviting ASU into the NCHC because it'd cost them too much money to travel to Arizona.
Interesting article. Is this the future in hockey also?

and more rumors.........

I believe it has to be a unanimous vote and Miami may not vote yea? Of course behind-the-scenes wheeling & dealing could change such if true....
Rumors come & go, here's the latest. I was thinking ASU would most likely join CCHA or NCHC, but the Gopher board brings up some interesting thoughts.
However, I wouldn't bet money on any of the potential conference outcomes right now...
