    The 'Cats head across the bridge this week to take on the Wolverines in Ann Arbor. NMU is coming off a 6 point weekend at home against Western, while the Maize and Blue return home winless from their final visit to Aromaha. Play nice, children.

    NMU is coming off a 5 point weekend at Ferris. Western shocked the heck out of everyone by soundly sweeping Notre Dame. Another big weekend for both teams. Maybe we'll actually get some Western people in this series thread, too. Discuss.

    NMU is coming off a less than satisfactory final trip out to Aromaha. The 'Nooks are coming off a lopsided CCHA sweep in _airbanks. (Thanks for the heads up, Suze!) The last time these two teams met, the games ended in NCAA ties, and CCHA shoot out wins for Alaska. Discuss.

    Oh, hey, so we have games this weekend, too, and not just a random Tuesday tilt. NMU is coming off a 65 minute makeout session with our ugly sister who goes to a certain engineering school in the western UP. BGSU was swept by tOSU. (Sorry, I've got nothing creative about that.) Discuss.

    2009 Superior Showcase--NMU, LSSU, Tech, and tUMD

    Now that we've all had our tasty Canadian cupcakes, the regular season begins. This year, the WCHA teams host the CCHA teams-- Friday night will see Tech hosting NMU and UMD hosting LSSU, and Sunday night Tech hosts LSSU and UMD hosts NMU. Discuss.
