The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Great comeback on Friday night and huge win on Saturday. Maine looked a little drained on Saturday. Great overall results for the team so far. This week should be interesting with @Holy Cross tomorrow and @Merrimack and @UNH this weekend. Hopefully the team's energy remains high.
Marinov has been fine but Maine beat him high on 2 of the goals. Something to watch because he squats in goal. Love Verreault, Vidacek and Wyttenbach. All should be key players by years end. Also love Sward. From Devon Toews home town.
Woof. That was as bad as the Providence game. Credit to Alaska for clogging the lanes. They looked like us on defense. Suffocating.
The offense has a long way to go right now.
Wow! What a win. That team looked like the 2015-2016 team and not just because they beat BC. Great puck control, crisp passing, chipping pucks away on defense, high energy. Only concern was goaltending but the defense blocked a lot of shots. I hope they keep this up but great first effort.
Excited to start the season. Hoping for another trip to the NCAA’s. Go Bobcats!
I saw we are playing in the Friendship Four next year with some familiar foes in UND, Wisconsin and Northeastern. I may need to make that trip this time. Last 2 didn’t work out.
Personally I would like to see the team a little bigger, but we recruit the best players for our system. We brought in a bunch of high skill freshman last year that will need to step up this year. Schedule is tough to start so we need the upperclassmen to lead the way.
Looking forward to this...
Looks like Rutgers is looking to move to DIII in a year. I didn’t know it was possible to have a DIII program when all other sports there are D1.

QU played Cornell in a non-conference last year. They will play Yale non-conference in Connecticut Ice Tournament some years but I think there are schedule challenges when the program is getting good like Dartmouth. The good OOC teams are looking for easier games so sometimes you need to play...
And did I see correctly that QU was the only ECAC program to opt into the house settlement? If so, maybe the days of being in the ECAC are dwindling.

Another tough OOC schedule this year. The team better be ready from Day 1. No easy games here for a young team.

i am glad we gave Bennett a chance but watching him and Rand on the bench, it seemed like they were not close. Maybe that's just me as an outsider analyzing body language. Obviously he has the relationship with Dumais.
Watched the draft last night. I wished they focused more on which kids were going NCAA route. Any QU recruits potentially getting picked today? At least Schlossman had the list on X.
