Post 2 - Some of my modular buildings (Green Grocer has been redone in a different color) and some medieval sets below; some space themed sets; and some various other sets
Ok. Not sure how well this will go. But here is post 1 of my collection; My botanicals and Tower Bridge, Ninjago City sets along with some Speed Champions, and the 2 Van Gogh sets
Those 3 will be difficult regardless. I saw the launch crew go up for auction on the goodwill website and it went for like $300+ I think. But that was with original box and instructions.I've rarely seen the metroliner come up. Some of the parts for it are very specific too.
Getting the bulk...
I'm not sure how Alt National Park is a crank account. Any time they have shared something that was not accurate, I have seen them remove it and own up to it. They are firmly anti-ice, anti-trump, etc. I just haven't ever seen any reason to doubt they aren't legit in their beliefs
In terms of NSF R&D funding for 2024, the Big 10 had #s: 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 14, 21, 25, 27, 28, 38, 39, 40, 41, 45, 53, 55, and 148. Iowa (53), Nebraska (55) and Oregon (148) are the only outside the top 50.
Florida, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt, and Texas are the only SEC schools to crack the top 50...
From what I thought I read it was a record of Changes and a tie on Firings. But I am also seeing one place where it is a tie on changes of any kind. Either way. Its a lot.
I've seen some videos of his pop up on my social media feeds. Some good looking builds.
I really want a house with a large open basement just so I can properly display my collection/build a city. I have 6 of the motorized Lego trains and I really want to be able to have a big enough area to set...
Oh boy. I'm going to have to spam this thread soon with photos of my Lego collection too! I picked up 2 more sets today. Inching closer to 600 sets. Right now I'm sorting through about another 20-30 lbs worth of bulk pieces I have acquired recently. I'll probably part out a few sets from my bulk...
I haven't read any comic strips for years. I have the complete Calvin and Hobbes and Farside. I had a few Pearls Before Swine books and I think a Get Fuzzy. Maybe I'll try to search out some Bloom County online here sometime. I should look at getting more books/collections of the others too...
Get Fuzzy and Pearls Before Swine are good, but Calvin and Hobbes for the win.
Farside also deserves a mention. Especially since it originated a now official scientific term, thagomizer, the term for the spikes on the end of a stegosaurus tail
