    Bringing this comment over to a more appropriate thread. To be fair, CCGs have catered to the rich kids from the day rares and "pro tours" were conceived. You'll probably recall there was a time about 20 years ago when you could watch MTG tournaments at 3am on ESPN2 just like poker.
