    Congrats to UWRF's Bailey Olsen on winning the 2025 Laura Hurd Award. The Falcons have 3 of 4 post-Covid winners of the DIII WIH award given to the player of the year, and River Falls joins Middlebury and Plattsburgh's tie for 4 Laura Hurd Award winning players in program history.

    Curry chose not to bid because they didn't feel they could provide a championship caliber student athlete experience, and even the Nexus would outdo Hobart's open-air rink if they bid. I don't know if Geneseo bid but if they did their proposal was deemed to be judged inferior.

    This tracks with what I'm hearing which is that the MASL indoor soccer can't move their games and all three games will be at the Nexus Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium.
