    I don't disagree. Elon getting Luigi-ed wouldn't get the headlines of a POTUS or other major head of state, but holy crap would it (at least momentarily) pump the brakes on some of the behind the scenes stuff going on. Moreso than Dumpy probably actually.

    I think that this is something that just naturally molds to whatever narrative you want to push at the time... Rural IL thinks no one actually lives in Chicago proper anymore because of gang warfare. People in Chicago think that anything South of I-80 or West of I-39 is like 27 total people.

    There is a VERY sizable chunk of the Southeast that is both white AND relies on Medicaid/Disability/SNAP/etc. Within Appalachia its almost impossible to not know someone who is getting something like that. And for many, it's their lone path to leading something that resembles a "normal" life...
