UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

After tomorrow, the upcoming schedule is absolutely brutal. BC x 2, Maine, Minnesota State, St. Cloud/Yale, UConn x 2, BU x 2, Maine x 2, UMass x 3.

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

Yep, another poor offensive performance against an ECAC team. We’ll see if that remains the case tomorrow against SLU

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

Didn't realize just how poorly every team in this tourney is playing right now (h/t Mike McMahon): "You’ll struggle to find a better backdrop for college hockey than Lake Placid. Clarkson, St. Lawrence, UMass Lowell, and Alaska headline the third edition of this event — and all four teams...

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

Their 2 wins last year were against D1 teams. FCS teams are still D1 schools, additionally, Merrimack is an FCS team too

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

Considering Buchbinder was hurt in the first game, he would be a medical redshirt and could do a grad year. Not sure if you want to mention that since I assume you're listing by class and not eligibility

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

From College Hockey Insider, "Rule 79.3 also covers other “profane, threatening, vulgar, or derogatory remarks” related to race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and other protected groups." So even if it wasn't a racial slur, can't possibly be good. Wonder if he'll face additional punishment...

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

Especially with such a large freshman class, hopefully they can take advantage of this rule for a few more years

UML Recruiting: Finally in the 20s!

It was not a slur. As far as I know, they did not announce what it actually was, and I can't imagine they will

Well that was harder than I thought but a sweep is a sweep

    2025-26 Schedules Thread

The project is awaiting final approvals from the city and state, which will determine the timelines for deconstruction and construction. But apparently they are targeting 2028...

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

Road trip upcoming to an 0-5 Mercyhurst squad that was also among the worst teams last year. Hopefully a pair of get-right games. If not...

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

No change (for UML students, at least). Only noticeable difference will be not getting last change, from what I'm told. Not sure how it will affect NPI.

    2025-26 Schedules Thread

Not sure if the spreadsheet is still being updated with the season underway, but it's missing the MC games Dec 12-13 against LIU and Yale

UMass Lowell 2025-2026: Youth will be served

They didn’t look terrible online, but on the ice they were definitely an eyesore. I thought their old golds were a good color; not sure why they decided to switch to neon yellow

Boston College Women's Hockey '25-'26: It's The Hope That Kills You

I mean, I still think they beat the Warriors, but I'm not sure this team can afford to underestimate anyone at this point. Side note, Maddie Crowley-Cahill is now at Merrimack as a sixth-year.
