    The season opener, Lowell came out flying. Last night, they came out flat. Western Michigan took it to us hard and it was 2-0 quickly. Only five shots each in the first and second periods. They had moments where they seemed to come alive, but damned if WMU didn't just shut it down. I don't know...

    Interesting note that won't impact this year's seniors, but there's a chance going forward that the NCAA will grant a fifth year of eligibility across the board. That's going to impact recruiting even more, I'd imagine.

    Well, National Champions Western Michigan come to town this weekend for 2. They're currently 1-1, losing their opener at home to Ferris State before going on the road and getting the W vs the same club. Let's see how the Hawks react this weekend to a bad loss at Merrimack.

    Thanks for this link. I can't thank @cinnamoroll enough for his help this offseason with the CHL recruits. Honestly, I don't pay attention to Major Junior, so your posts have been greatly appreciated and helped give us some idea of the players we're getting.
