That's basically a THCA ban, given the "hemp-derived" language. THCA drinks are sold in a lot of red states where pot isn't legal as a gray area, often in the same store or gas station people buy liquor from.
Sure, why not? Any new car loan longer than 5-6 years is pretty much already a net loss to the consumer by the time you've factored in interest paid, asset depreciation, and all regular & unexpected maintenance costs not covered under warranty or insurance.
