The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Whistle back to being a clown! A few good weeks of recruiting must’ve been his bat signal to come back.
Name your sources with this chicken sh-t behavior.
I’m only terrified that Barr goes the NHL route. If he stays, I can’t fathom that there won’t be an influx of talent coming soon.

Losing Niemo kinda surprised me given the playing time that seemingly opened for him. Honestly feel like it’s a leading indicator that Barr will be revamping the offense.
Very interested to see what Barr does with the forwards - would imagine we’d have a nice contingent of transfers headed our way. Still want Conmy…lol.

I would be genuinely shocked if Barr didn’t revamp the offense, or add talent in some form. No need to worry for quite a few months - the man has added talent quite literally everywhere he went.
If Boija is leaving, it’s cause he’s already decided. I don’t think any of the surrounding HE schools will influence it too much.
I’ll never fault a kid for striking while the iron is hot, but selfishly would love him to stay in Orono for at least one more year!
That j*ck-off doesn’t speak for our fanbase, but it honestly pisses me off that even one Maine fan would have such a genuinely insane take. Barr is the best thing that’s happened to this program in two decades and people want to go back. Insane.
I genuinely cannot wait to see what we do this...
Genuinely insane take. The mutual respect on display between Barr and his players is easily noticeable.
The transfer portal will show you. If there’s a mass exodus, you’re correct, but I’m going to go out on a limb and say this is an insane, loser-mentality take.
Gtfo.
I want Boija in Orono for as long as possible, but something tells me Berzins and Ryder Shea(?) will be ready when called upon next year.

Side note, Breen and his parents were in the section next to us and he looked irritated all game. Can’t imagine what Barr was like in the locker room.
Hope we get Breen back on the ice for when it matters!
