The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
St Lawrence is 2-1-1 against Penn State in their last four. Gosling and Batherson are gone from this year's team. It should be a good game. Abby Hustler needs to get some extra attention.
It seems to be purposeful that PSU is in this bracket! If Penn State is lucky enough to get by St Lawrence, OSU would be a tall task. PSU has knocked off Minnesota, Wisconsin, Cornell and UMD in recent years, but not OSU.
Awesome link, I had not seen it. Hopefully, PSU can get their first win in the tourney. I liked to hear the goal going in was three goals. The d often gets overlooked and limiting Mercyhurst to 13 shots is part of that winning formula. Desa only gave up 1 and was at 92.8 save percentage...
Christian has had an unbelievable year. Best year out of nowhere since Robillard from Mercyhurst. I think Christian is over 20 goals.
Christian gets MVP and Stecker and Janecke are on the All Tournament Team. Nice to see Stecker rewarded just like last year when Machado was.
Cornell is stellar in goal, Bergeman is fantastic and can steal one any time and often does. Colgate surprisingly has not dropped off since Fargo bolted. Clarkson and St Lawrence are rightly in the mix, however McQuigge for Clarkson and Gosling for St Lawrence are a significant loss for each...
I really don't like the conference name change, it was kind of fun to say that you were playing for all the charbles. Syracuse definitely improved over the year. Robertearle gives some great insight. Scanlin for Mercyhurst is making a strong claim for Frosh of the year. It would be nice to see...
That's impressive in wins! The band definitely makes a difference on atmosphere. I like the double shifting as the two sets of wings are dangerous with Janecke for sure. Desa with a shutout is phenomenal. I think PSU has the best numbers for attendance in the East.
Hall has moved to Brooks' line, Christian to Hill's line and Retrum is now with Walsh. A little shake up on the lines to throw Celeste Off? Interesting to say the least.
Addie Alvarez and one of the Bear sisters from RIT could have easily received 1st or second team and will have extra motivation to show people that they were overlooked. Penn State is getting production out of four lines so that bodes well. The Player of the Year, the frosh of the year and...
Interesting results, I thought Robert Morris would be heading for the bus before the game even started and Lindenwood would fight tooth and nail and it was the opposite.
RIT is pounding Lindenwood 4-0 and Syracuse is up 1-0 on Robert Morris. Nietzke and Kayla Bear, A defense player, finished the season strong and will play a part in the end of season awards. Machado should be in play for the most defensive forward. PSU will get RIT if they hold on. Kelly is...
Syracuse split with Mercyhurst over the weekend and Lindenwood swept RMU.
It will be interesting to see first and second team AHA. 100 percent Janecke and Upson. Then you have all these girls fighting for 1st and 2nd team and depending on the politics and token players. It seems like a weak...
