I was thinking add Notre Dame to that and it probably happened in 1996.

Edit: nope. It was October 26, and Notre Dame was smart enough to be idle.

Make people talk about them with the no call (which seemed good), but I turned it off as soon as that happened, so missed any post game talk.

For sure no winners in that game- I learned to hate BYU when I moved out to Idaho, and I can't remember if I've ever rooted for ND.

BYU sucks. I worked with their fembots at the TLAs and they are as soulless as they are polite. They are nice people who will torture with a clear conscience. The epitome of the Principled Conservative. Sociopaths.

But we shouldn't ever have let them stay close. We lost because we metaphysically deserved it; the score doesn't matter. Sin is in the heart, not the hand.

Yea, I know, I grew up in a very mormon area. Where they had their own seminary school just *barely* off of public school grounds so that they could go to mormon school every day. Crazy. And BYU was the closest big FB school in the area, so that's all we got to see on Saturdays. Hate the school.

Imagine how horrible the '83-84 season was, when they won the "NC" by beating a crappy Michigan team in the holiday bowl and going undefeated. Ugh.

About that….

48-38 win, and it was only that close because Lehigh scored on a 99-yard fumble return and a desperation 4th-and-19 late in the 4th.

I’m sure both students were excited as they ambled onto the field.
 
I'll admit I was scared when Lehigh started scoring a TD on every drive in the second half.
 
I know the gross majority of this board are happy with this, but good god, Michigan's coaching staff suck. Especially on offense. They are so predicable that most of the time, the defense knows how to stop it.

Michigan or Ohio State losing in football isn't quite BC or Minnesota losing in hockey.

But it's adjacent.
