Why, did the assistants leave? The women's hockey staff page only has him listed, but the athletics staff directory page shows Kirsti, McKenna, and Derek. Did they walk or did he fire them?

Director of hockey operations is now an assistant at Lawrence University D3.

Hard to believe he would've fired them based on timing alone. Not great timing for the program or for those coaches.
