Frozen Four Tickets - Priority Purchase Process

Thanks. Probably too late to find tickets, but how do I log in?
I've been using the link in the emails, and can't say if the following will work. But it's worth a try.

I would think that would get you to the log in page.

Be sure to use your email address of record in the FF Priority Purchase Process. You'll probably have to change your password, but try your existing FF password first. I already had an AXS account for other events, but that password didn't work either. With the "correct" email address & newly created password, I got in.

Beyond that, check your spam folder & anywhere else "junk email" may be hiding.

I suppose Customer Service could send you a replacement email. But it may be too late for that now.

Last resort: Wait for the public sale & try to get in on the first day. The seat selection will likely look like it does right now.

Best of luck.

OK, on Further Review:

There's an additional Pre-Sale starting on Tuesday at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. To be part of that, register on the link I put up in my last post. If I'm reading multiple messages correctly, this will give you "insider status." Here's the prose I received in an NCAA E-Mail a couple of days ago on Friday:

As an NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Insider, you have exclusive access to purchase 2026 Men's Frozen Four tickets before the public! Your exclusive presale opportunity will begin TUESDAY, OCTOBER 28 AT 1 P.M. ET. We'll send your promo code and purchase link that morning before the presale begins.

We hope to see you April 9 & 11 in Las Vegas!

Just got my tickets with the priority presale that was released 30 minutes ago. Bought three seats. Not much left, but there were some. $290 per seat for the full event (at least I hope it's for all three games, I had a bit of a panic after buying them).

Insider Pre-Sale. (for the sake of clarity) I'm glad you successfully made the purchase.

FWIW, I thought that the $290 Seats were the best value this time. My tickets are from the same price point.

I'm very confident that your ticket packages include all 3 games. Single game tickets are usually sold much later in the process, if at all. I've heard nothing to the contrary this year.

Thank you for this information. I can't find the ticket email anywhere (spam). I was able to use the pre-sale yesterday at 1:00 pm. Not much left. Couldn't find two seats together in lower bowl. I secured two seats in adjacent rows in the corner in last two rows ($440.00 each). Thought about it and then released them. Lots of tickets in "nose bleed" section. Bummer. I had the next to highest priority and was purchasing since 1993. Do I lose my priority now for not purchasing?

No, you will not lose your priority. They only count since 1997 for if they counted earlier years, I would have about 10 more added to my 15, soon to be 16 which should move me to Priority C from D next year. The next priority above you is for perfect attendance and some of those may fall into your Priority B which is for 20+ years if they do not purchase. Those are the only ones that will lose one priority level. I believe your priority will never fall. I also believe the total numbers of years purchased for all priorities has not changed at all since its inception. That is why some are seeing their priorities rise which means there are more in each priority than there were before. However some of those in those priorities no longer purchase anymore, they are not filtered out. I believe this to be the priority chart: A perfect attendance B 20+ C 16-19 D 11-15 E 6-10 F 2-5 G 1
