Some background, this is apparently his *sixth* attempt at seating himself on the Cracker Barrel board in the last 13 years.


This attack was mounted on the same day the new logo was unveiled.

Speculation is its similar to most every other acquisition as of late: take control of the company, sell the land to an umbrella company, lease the newly sold land for the stores for inflated rates, tank the company, ???, profit!
 
So glad for those tariffs so they force companies to re-shore manufacturing jobs here in the USA!!

Wait, what's that? US manufacturing plants are laying off workers due to the effects of the tariffs?

I'm sure that nobody will recognize this as the first real step to communism.

Helping people get healthcare is communism to them, not nationalizing companies.
 
Remember when people argued with a straight face the Right was for "personal liberty' and "small government"?

Let them create the precedents we will use to make health care, finance, and communications non-profit public utilities.
