    It 100% shouldn't and hasn't, but in this Calvinball era of jurisprudence no attorney with any sense would guarantee an outcome. The lower courts will all say this is ridiculous, then it'll get up to SCOTUS and who knows what the fuck the GOP 6 will do.

    I appreciate that. They were married for 55 years, and I was well aware that long term spouses often pass in close proximity, so this isn't wholly unexpected even though I had hoped we were in the clear after passing the 3-month mark. But yeah, this still sucks (to put it mildly).

    I'm still amazed they didn't make the NCAAs at least once in the 2000-2008 era, give or take. Some of those teams had a 1/2 dozen future NHLers. Though in fairness they finished as the last team out at least 3 of those years, so it's not like they weren't close. They just couldn't get that one...
