  • The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways. Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar. We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.

  • 2 observations the new pres is appointed by a board that was appointed by Pres.Jackson so one can presume he is "Her" guy and to expect sweeping change might be a little optimistic. My memory is not the best but a have a vivid memory of bringing in gr.A recruits Pirri,D'Amigo,Zelewski,Haggerty,Laliberte,Kassdorf,Will Rielly and a host of other players that we actually were in recruiting battles with other programs and won this was under the same admin.with the same rules it can be done it takes hard work and long hours on the road but is doable. We need to do a better job recruiting. I don't know what the current status of this staff is but bringing in nice kids who work hard and over achieve is not the reset I envisioned when we changed the last regime. Correct me if I'm wrong but we have lost 20+ games 3 of the last 4 years and shouldn't settle for that.
I was wondering if after the Geography Association thread filled up you could start a City Association thread (which is what the Geo thread seems to be for the most part). Then we could try to keep the Geography thread more about geography. Just a suggestion; not a big deal.
    Thanks for the reply Ralph.

Higgs, Bergin, Laliberte, LeBoeuf, O'Grady all have played near area where I live so I check in on the RPI forums...it's always interesting to read what the posters think about recruits and possible recruits from this area. I have spoken to Jim Montgomery a few times about players from this area - a fine man and a very good coach imo.
    Happy Retirement Ralph !!

Question - how did you know it was me who gave you a positive rep and asked about Red Cloud?
