  • The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways. Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar. We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.

  • Wow, quite a post! Agree with most of your post. Our D did graduate from an Ivy and it was a terrific exerience for her - Getting admitted ED worked for her but was still a nerve-wracking time. She did play all four years - some more rewarding than others. Kept up a great gpa and was involved in a few sororites, part-time job, social activities, etc. The "D" plan worked great too - she got to take a term abroad without missing any hockey. Now is in last year of grad school, enjoying it and all of her college friends who are living in same area. Thanks for taking the time to share - and if you want any insights re her school let me know.
