The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
Out of your 20 posts, this is primarily the only thread you post in. Typical Oswego mentality, grasping at straws when they have nowhere else to go. Lose a game, yeah but their coach’s comments!!!!
But they do, largely due to their community involvement. Maybe more teams should try it. And that clown show of a transfer portal that can’t play higher than 500 hockey just beat you. I’ve never seen so much whining around here.
If you really think his comment was a dig at charity then your mind was already made up about him. This team has probably done more charity work and been out in the community 10x the amount Oswego has. Also a reason why the rink isn’t empty when the #1 team in the country comes to town.
No, actually his statement was factually correct, just in poor taste. I am surprised, out of all the material Oswego fans have to get worked up about, they are turning to an opponent coach’s comments.
Was he wrong? Oswego had the #1 team in the country at their own rink for the teddy bear toss and the place was half empty. Sure the statement could be construed as unnecessary or ignorant but he wasn’t wrong.
Nubs aside, good game tonight from both sides. Despite the shot totals I don’t think either team carried the play. Both teams are very average. Neither goalie particularly helped them out. Both sides I feel have some work to do. Neither of these teams are top 10 teams right now.
Hand gifted Hamilton a 5 on 3 on two weak calls after not calling anything all game. Missed multiple blatant calls against Hamilton, most noticeably with 3:39 remaining in the 3rd.
