Yeah, it will be a wait & see how it works, how long he stays, etc. But I know the players very happy - yes sad to see Lou go, but very excited for the future. The first practice today was the best, most productive pratice they've had, far better than any Lou ran. This guys knows his stuff. Don't get me wrong, Lou a great guy and did a great job under tough circumstances last year, but his lack of head coaching experience hurt. This new guy has tons of head coaching experience, has won every where he's been. Since my son one of the players, I think my insight on this specific topic better than geof's.
