The USCHO Fan Forum has migrated to a new plaform, xenForo. Most of the function of the forum should work in familiar ways.
Please note that you can switch between light and dark modes by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the main menu bar.
We are hoping that this new platform will prove to be faster and more reliable. Please feel free to explore its features.
As Prez mentioned a possible pre NCAA tourney excitement. Going to be tough one. I remember when we Platty in an early season tourney in 86. Unger goes we could go 2/0 or 0/2. We went 0/2.

Digby might be like Plattsburghs lady cards HC. He was an assistant to Emory and took the women's HC job and stayed there when the men's HC opened up when Emory retired. But then the lady cards are one of the top programs in the country.

It will be interesting to see which direction the Lakers will go with the next head coach. I think Coach G did the next HC a favor in scheduling St Norbert. Just another great recruiting tool. Thanks Coach G.

For what ever Coach G reason to retire is irreverent. All one has to do is respect it. He's been a great COACH for the Lakers for a long time and we should relish in his accomplishments. Yes he will be sorely missed for he has great passion for Great Laker hockey, which touched many players in...
Well, the season is done and over all I think it was a good season. There is a lot of talent coming back, which to build the team from. I am glad that we played Hobart well last night and made a great game of it and even out played them for most of the game in my opinion. Hopefully Coach...
Congrats to Hobart to a great season and winning the YAC. The only 2 differences in last night's game were the 2 mental mistakes the Lakers made, and Hobart capitalized on their scoring chances. Your first goal was just beautiful, and I have no idea how your player got that pass over to the...
Played a great 1st period which the Lakers needs to play all 3 periods next weekend. Can't play a 2nd and 3rd period like tonight, and expect to win against Hobart. I hope Coach and his staff can come up with a great game plan. Must stay out of the sin bin and be very disciplined. 2 tough...
Last night's game was a bit of a carry over from Saturday with the kitty cats playing a grab and hold game. Yes, Skidmore will be interesting especially how they dispatched Platty.

What a crazy last weekend of play. Seeds 3 to 6 all changed. Until the final with Hobart I think all is in play. Canton playing very well at the right time of the year. Maybe there is a miracle on ice in Geneva this year.

The seniors aren't stepping up and McQuaid and Simrunt have been playing very selfish for quite some time. Both take bad timed penalties, not to mention Cohen and Burke.

Wow the slip and slide train is full speed for the Lakers. Periods 2 & 3 just bad undisciplined hockey. Not the way to be ending the season on a huge non-stop free fall. Will be lucky to get a tie against Mville. Will someone please find the plug to put back into the drain so everything...
Drafty I didn't make it. Could only watch till Genny 2nd goal. Just that discussed. They seemed to have lost any sense of discipline hockey. Shot themselves by taking a penalty with a 5 on 3. Another pen when on the PPK to give Genny a 5 on 3. I thought the goalies played good but the guys...
Well we played well until Hobart scored and then the wheels fell off. We also lost all discipline after the second goal I thought. I thought we would have played with more intensity but Hobart took all of that away. We will be in the history books after tonight for the wrong reason. Hobart...
