If it was the Hockey East Finals that Maine lost to BU, it was 1991 when the Terriers won in OT. In 1990 Maine beat BU in the semis and lost to BC in the finals; in 1992 we beat BC and then UNH in the final and 1993 we beat Lowell and BU.
