Spoke with the trustee I know tonight and the money for the "its only an excuse" renovations to the Whit are in the budget. And there is a potential that it is paid for cash based on the surplus the state has currently. The senate vote might go quickly and not be met with any pushback.Leave a comment:

Based on today I think there is a significant uphill climb but it is not from lack of effort. There is a lot more behind just what we see that factors in.
