So the possible Super Bowl matchups are...
Kansas City vs. Philadelphia - Yawn. Rematch from just a few years ago. Storylines would essentially be the same, with the added storyline of Eagles trying to get revenge. Worst case scenario of the possibilities. 2/10.
Kansas...

Yeah. I wasn't terribly optimistic about our chances this season. But, I didn't expect to be this bad. And yet, they are currently just 7 points out of the playoffs....

It is an interesting question, particularly in light of the horrific postseason performance by the division.
Not counting the Playoffs, the Vikings, Lions, and Packers were a combined 29-4 outside of the division. Objectively, that is a tremendous record, particularly given parity in the...

Yep.
Game isn't over yet. But, it appears the NFC North was vastly overrated....

NFL has to do something about being able to review face mask penalties. Washington stuffs Detroit and would have gotten the ball back up 10. Detroit benefits from officiating once again this season, this time with a phantom face mask call, and then immediately drives down and scores. Instead of the...

Fair assessment.
Detroit's D with a stop to start the 2nd half. If Lions go down and score, I could easily see this one ending up something like 49-31 Detroit....

Yeah. Detroit's D needs to step up in the second half.
That being said, the difference in the game has been Goff's turnovers. Took 6-14 points off the board for the Lions, and added 7 points to Washington's total....

Yep. Several of the Northeast counties in Colorado voted to secede from Colorado a few years ago....

With their loss tonight, the Vikings re-take sole possession of the record for most playoff losses (32). They were tied with Dallas entering tonight's game.

They can't unless both Darnold and Mullens get hurt.
But, with the way the Rams are rushing the passer, that may happen in the next drive or two....

The only thing I didn't see coming was the Vikings getting blown out in back-to-back games to end the season.
Since going up 27-10 against Green Bay in the 3rd Quarter of Week 17, the Vikings have been outscored 72-12 over the last 7 quarters.
Oh well. 14-4 was a much...

Should be some good Division Round Games...
Saturday:
Houston at Kansas City
Washington at Detroit
Sunday:
Los Angeles Rams at Philadelphia
Baltimore at Buffalo
A Buffalo-Detroit Super Bowl would be a lot of fun....

Yeah, it was just really bad. Coupled with the Vikings lousy performance on offense, and it had a feeling of collusion (not that I even remotely think there was actual collusion, just that it felt like it).
At least USA won gold.
But again, kudos to the Lions. Very deserving...

These officials also don't understand PI. The Vikings will be getting an "Apology Letter" from the NFL this week. And it will be a long letter.
I agree on Darnold. Absolute garbage. Not looking forward to next Monday. Disappointing end to an otherwise pleasantly unexpected...

It's been really bad. Darnold is 14/32. A lot of those incompletions are his fault (by far his worst game of the year), but there have been probably at LEAST 6 pass interference penalties that they've missed.
Throw in the bizarre non-call for intentional grounding on Goff (that would...

Kudos to the Lions. 15-2 and a deserving NFC North winner / #1 seed. I don't ever want to hear a Lions' fan ***** about the officiating ever again though.
Unfortunately, Vikings will now have to go on the road to play a well-rested Rams team that beat them earlier in the season. Not...

What a bunch of garbage officiating. Absolute trash. Matching the Vikings' performance I guess.
