By now there is lots of tape on this team. If you put pressure on them they go into a shell. LIU did that a lot of the game, and really dialed it up in the third. Booya and I have rarely agreed on much, but to be fair Lindmark's play at the end of OT was brutal. This is especially true for a 6th year team captain. Have they improved? Yes. Posick keeps lamenting their 1 goal losses. Many happen very late in the game and they just seem to fall apart when the game pressure ramps up. All these close losses are not just bad luck. They're just not at the same level as State. When MSU was down there was no panic and they just chipped away. When it was tied Wisconsin was unsettled and just don't have the same confidence at MSU.Leave a comment:
