Have to believe there is a roster spot for Ambrosio, 5th year, good skills, lots of game experience. Maybe he wants a change of scenery and he is a much more accomplished player than Carreau but I would rather play for a top 5 program than some pretender. I am not about to second guess the coaching...

"Typical BC dickhead. Can't wait to see him get the "Philly Flu" when the Ducks come to WF Center." Posted by Fleabag (really??)
Haters are going to hate, I think Fleabag is going to be miserable for the next few years because Greg Brown is not going anywhere any time...Last edited by DNAEagle; 04-15-2024, 04:00 PM.

Interesting point Jofa, and you may be on to something there. I did not think BU could beat DU so I was rooting more for Denver because beating BU four times in one season seemed too much. I also thought DU would be really tough because of all their 2-1 games leading up to the NC. I did think BC...

What JD said, great team, lots of great moments, peaked in the HE tournament, survived Qpac but Denver would not let them be bop and scat all over the ice. Looking forward to next year, it is only six months away. Very proud of these kids and the coaching staff did a great job building the team and...

Just not right, Gauthier is the best player in college hockey this year. Celebrini is an elite talent and an excellent team player but Gauthier is the best player this year.

It would be nice if they would give up on mentioning the player's draft status every time they touch the puck. We get it there are a lot of drafted players on the ice but we don't need to reminded on every shift....

I think you are being a little harsh, losing 2-1 in OT in a semi final game, solid second ranked team all year long, winning 28 games is an excellent team, not the best team but an excellent team. The talent level falls off a lot after Hutson and Celebrini and a few others but that is true of most...

Way past my bedtime but I will suck it up and power through. Puck drop in 35 minutes. Buckle up.

In the post season Leonard has taken a huge step up not only in his play but his leadership of the team as well. He was a force in both games, the wrap around goal was just inspired, he said afterwards that is the first time he tried it. In the post season the team seems to be on a mission. UConn was...Last edited by DNAEagle; 04-01-2024, 07:35 PM.

Agree on Ambrosio, he has had a tough year as a 4th year vet, but those guys Malone, Ambro and Armstrong have been really good for this team and they have accepted their roles. Talented Freshmen and seasoned seniors make for winners. On Friday AMbro was hooked from behind on a breakaway, he drew...

A little flukey goal at the end, but chaos in front of the net. AMbro got the helper, nice for him. The fourth goal was just terrific shot by Minnetian and nice dig out along the boards by Gauthier. QPAC is solid team and capitalized on their opportunities. There was a miss on an open net at the...

Nice to see Malone get the winner, solid player, big addition to the team. Brown buried the 4th line, he was clearly frustrated but they found a way. On to St Paul. Love to see them play against Mich, they will meet up with our old friend and Captain, Marshall Warren.

Agree AMbrosio deserved a penalty shot, Leonard was crossed checked after he put in the first one and then again cross checked into the net just before Perreault's penalty. They were after Leonard all game long but he scored twice. Jellevik is a very underrated forward, high hockey IQ, great vision...

The first 30 seconds were great after that the first two periods were really bad. They were throwing the puck around like they were drunk. Perreault's penalty was really dumb, no excuse, that is the second game in a row for a 5 minute major. No need for that type of play, playing with fire. The fisticuffs...

It was close call but the call on the ice was a good goal, very hard to overturn it. The defenseman pushed the Denver player into the goalie....

Lot of fans disguised as empty seats, so much for the gate. Umass had a good first period but are now down 1 -0. Looks like a different team from last Friday night.

I did notice a little juggling of lines in the second period. I thought maybe Leonard was hurt but it was to put Gauthier on Celebrini, who BTW had 8 shots for the game. I did note Cohen's comments regarding BC /UMASS game. The only person who questioned the call was Carvel and one would think that...

It was a terrific game if you are a BC fan, the only blemish was the 5 minutes to Armstrong, just a witless penalty in the neutral zone, no need for it. They kept Hutson and Celebrini under control, Celebrini scored in the 5 minute major, otherwise he was neutralized. Fowler was just terrific, particularly...

Fowler was solid in the first and second periods until BC got rolling and when they started rolling it was all down hill from there. Hrabel had a bad night, it seemed like he could not find the puck. Having Perreault back is huge, he makes the USA line go and his presence there makes the top line...

Happy to hear that, his absence has been a real loss particularly for the top six.
