I do not think that JvR ever fully recovered from his bouts of illness in March, and now that Pat Maroon is on his skates, probably even less likely that JvR sees any ice time against the Leafs. Still hoping that some team picks up JvR for next season to give him a chance to top Rod Langway’s...

Yeah, I listened to that game on Sirius radio and figured that you would be mad. Here is hoping that the Rangers sweep the Caps, and TvR. Speaking of which, I was bummed that Monty did not play JvR against his brother in DC on Monday night.
Happy that the Bruins dropped down in the standings...

Good point about UNH blue line in 2025/26, ATW. Maybe the portal will still be a thing after Covid years expire, which could help?...

Matt Davis is also chairperson of the UNH Earth Sciences Department; small world.
I rooted for Michigan and DU in this FF, as I did for DU and Adam Burkhoel at the Garden in 2004 and for NICC at the FF at the Pepsi Center in 2008. No allegiance here to those three HEA teams just because...Last edited by Snively65; 04-14-2024, 04:48 PM.

I always thought that the Exel Center semis game in 2002 should have been Matt Carney’s in net so as not to break up the rotation. I admit that the result may well have been the same....

As I noted a few pages back, Steve Saviano was recruited to entice his Reading childhood buddy Sean Collins to enroll at UNH the following year. Stevie Moses and HR’s suggestion of TyK also fit this mold of small speedy guys without any NHL prospects making use of the Whitt’s big sheet....

The site seems to be “too busy” to allow me to reply to individual posts, so will try to do so from scratch here.
THC, yes, I should have written that “spectator hockey” appears to be a niche sport now, which is my only explanation for the AHL and ECHL teams bailing...

Who are dey “under-motivated laggards in Hooksett”? Saint Mary’s College for women founded by the Roman Catholic Church in 1934 closed in 1978. For a while, NH College (later SNHU) used the property for some graduate programs but then consolidated their operations in Manchvegas....
