Update from the recruiting inquiry I got a few weeks back. Ended up going through the whole process, had the final round interview today, and impressed them. This company is a bigger shop and not a pure-play firm, so I don't expect the culture to be the same, but from what I've gathered it's decent....

This is my experience with DTE's changes. The off-peak rates are actually quite a bit lower than standard, and the peak rate is only slightly higher than our previous combined rate. If the LGBTQ people I know have a sample bias, it's that most of them are professionals, not that they're all Midwesterners. They like money and nice vacations, but also recognize we should tax the upper classes more and that government has legit role in trying to lift up and enable the poor to climb...

Sounds like the Jazz owner is interested in buying and relocating them, with a quick path to a new arena in Salt Lake (hopefully he's not counting on public money for that given current trends). Question is, will he get the opportunity?
