I agree. A lot of the schools that will be representing the WCHA have some rich hockey traditions. I welcome the new era of the WCHA and Laker Hockey. Re-newing old rivalries and making some new ones.

****, have to post in here just to avoid that *** clown bbutzin. Someone hang from scoreboard at World Arena by the ballsack and take pot shots at him with those crowd control bean bag shells.

Onward and upward it's great to be joining the WCHA. I am excited to have the three UP schools all in the same conference. The Lakers have got to shake the were the little guys persona and go out and prove they belong. Watch out if we ever get a coach.

Nice....thank you for starting this. I like banter back and forth as much as the next guy, but I don't give a **** about "the National" or Big Ten at this point. Our schools are fighting to stay alive and don't need to hear about how inferior we are.
Mess with the bull, you get the horns.

Back to the idea of Gamecenter type site for the new WCHA. SG and I have discussed putting together a business plan with the eventual intention of approaching the league. I have over 15 years experience in web development, as well as experience in television production, and have worked strongly with the athletic department at Michigan Tech as THG has grown.

If figures that those ****ing piece of ****s from the Hug8 Mistake have to **** all over the thread where we're actually having a decent conversation. I honestly hope that ****er goddard contracts a very painful and drawn out disease and is then forced to watch every member of his family violently raped just before he actually dies. For Dirty, hopefully he just gets hit by a Nissan while crossing the street in that ****hole of town he lives in.

I do not buy into the new WCHA being inferior to them other so called superior super conferences and as far as I'm concerned their fans can go flour themselves.

Huh. That is the second time that Iowa State and UW-GB have been mentioned as being interested in joining the WCHA by an AD. I guess we should actually think that they might be serious about adding hockey? Which, if they did I'd hope that 2 add hockey, so that we could go to 12 and give Huntsville a home. If this goes down and Huntsville is still left out, I would be very disappointed.

Now that the FF is over, I think we will start to see things fall into place for 2013, including some resolution to the ever-burning tournament location question as well as whether or not Huntsville might come aboard (I hope they do). The AD at UAF has indicated to me that the WCHA is very actively trying to get to at least 10 teams, if not all the way to 12, so I imagine UAH has to be in that equation somewhere. Logistics aside I think they would actually bring a lot into the league.

Are there any Ferris State fans in here? If so, hold your heads high, you represented yourselves well. As I posted on the UAF blog, Ferris is a perfect example that us misfit toys [B][I]can[I][B] succeed in this new world order. If you had been able to pull off the admittedly monumental upset yesterday it would have been a perfect eff-you to DU, North Dakota, and Miami.

I'm just very disappointed that goddard is still breathing. It would be really nice if that fat **** had a massive heart attack sometime soon.
