Then home school them. You want them in public schools...no you don't get to decide it. And white kids should feel uncomfortable and guilty about slavery...if you can't see why...that's on you.

Meh, the Dems still have the veto pen. But this should be a kick in the pants to get every single judicial opening confirmed in the next 15 months.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but with homeschooling you can't just set your kid's own ciriculum and teach them whatever you want. Even in that scenario, each state has standards that have to be met for each subject. What you would be able to control is textbooks, assigned readings, emphasizing or deemphasizing certain topics, the ability to work in religious instruction and preferences, and generally put your own spin on things.
 
I think Dems need to pivot right. I'm sorry, I know that's unpopular here, but all of the races in VA and the Minneapolis races tell me everything I need to know. I'm not saying go Republican, I'm saying that CRT boogeyman and the defund the police branding is effective. I don't know what to do about that other than stop RUNNING on those policies.

Yeah, that's the firewall isn't it at this point? Nominate young and hard left judges and process them through as efficiently as possible.
 
The anti-masker slate won the school board seats in my old Des Moines suburb as well as the 2 open city council seats. No results yet from my current town; odds are the Dems will hold onto them here, but who knows. Definitely doesn't make me regret my move 2 years ago.

Going right won't fix that. The Right will always find a Boogeyman. The Dems in the past tried moving more Center and they still lost.

Sorry but you are completely wrong. You don't fight a fire by lighting more fires...

It didn't matter anyways 2024 is the last stand. No time to pivot.
