That's why this is a big deal. If they only have 25% vaccinated, it doesn't tell us much about how omicron and the vaccines will play out. It likely does tell us more about how Omicron and the "naturally immune" crowd will.

Yes. We need to understand what happens with the vaccines. Hence waiting for data.

A lot of people with backgrounds better than mine are waiting for the data also. And I’m not a slouch at infectious diseases .

wrll be running out own versions of SA in the US with red states with shitty vax rates (HEllo TN).

The funniest part of this is that the same old excuse that has been going on for almost 2 years is mostly taking it's toll on the same group that is saying that. By about 10-1. Killing each other to own the libs. Classic. Keep ignoring reality, jebbers, it's clearly going well. (insert meme of Kevin Bacon in Animal House)

I just wish that the anit-vaxxor companies would point themselves out a little firmer. So that we can all make the choice to give them business or not. If they demand the choice to vaccinate, then we demand the choice to stop giving them money.
 
Had 2 pfizers back in March, just got Moderna, praying I don't get sick, I have stuff to do tomorrow
 
Dr. Mrs. had her two Pfizers and wasn't affected. She got her Pfizer booster yesterday. Today she is very tired but nothing else.

OTOH, I have almost never seen her affected by anything. She is sturdy pioneer stock.

Meanwhile, Matt "Do You Have Venmo" Gaetz is going on Right Wing TV advocating for people to get sick to gain immunity. I endorse this plan.

Seriously? Wow, he must feel pretty confident if he's going to eliminate some of his voters like that. Especially since the evidence is the sick immunity is not all that effective, relatively speaking.
