Les, why are you surprised? The same people who are pushing ivermectin are the same ones pushing to just wait this out. Which results in thousands of unnecessary deaths. The plan all along is to kill people. At least as I see the obvious results of what they are pushing.

He wants people to die for the sake of the economy, of course he’s going to quote quack science.

The fact he exposes himself so much to get tested that many times says a lot to me. I’ve still not been tested due to exposure.

I know a couple of (other airline) pilots. According to them, the debate isn't about the mandate; it's largely about managing pilots with adverse reactions. The union contracts are far more complicated than I understand, but basically, the pilots want to be able to take a day or two off if they're unwell after the shots, and have it not pull from sick time and not have whatever the usual process is that happens when a pilot is sick. Which seems reasonable, to be honest.

the weekend's issues seem to come from the fact that SWA booked a full schedule without coming close to having enough staff. All airlines are running into staffing issues, and many have attempted full schedules, but only SWA waits until the last possible second to cancel.
 
Many companies are allowing time off after shot ans not have it come from pto or sick time so that seems entirely reasonable
