complete a 70.3 triathlon is planned for August, along with some more tris early in the season + Denver 1/2 marathon later in the year.

Found out tonight that a Junior at school passed away today. I didn't know him, but it doesn't make it any less tragic. Nobody has details yet, but this makes the 3rd year in a row with a student death, and 2nd out of 3 years with it being over our winter break, at a school of only ~1500. It's cliche, but it definitely puts everything in perspective.Comment
