I had my shortest bike ride today since January. That is shortest in distance, not time because I waited in a NPS restroom for close to an hour for the rain to die down and the tornado warning to be over.

Evening Lodge! Have been having an adventure. Dealing with mum les who probably has cog decline but with her other psych stuff and also with my auntie les and all her affairs. Meanwhile FIL les has been back in the ED with emergency transfusions.
And then I fell down the stairs and wrecked myself- no broken bones but its taken 2 weeks for me to start to get back to myself. No fun.
Scarlet I feel for you. We have an awesome service for my AUntie- I will PM youComment
