Our selling agent had an app for setting up appointments and we were given the option to have it automatically approve or get to approve ourselves. Since we were already moved out, I told him to set it to automatically approve. I think this is common practice currently. The idea is you OK it so you can confirm that you won't be there and the condo will be in showing condition.

Right, I get that, but shouldn't the selling agent be responsible? What if two different people want the same time? I'm still living here so I would have thought the seller agent would be here to manage the appointments.

As for the D-1 and D-3 boards, I haven't wandered over to those in quite some time. It's a colossal pain in the *** to navigate this place on a cell phone, and those forums are essentially poo-flinging contests at this point anyway.

Busy Saturday. I had three tubs of stuff to bring to my brother’s place. Lugging it to my car was a chore. Managed to get it all in, then:

- Drive thru ATM to get some cash
- Yet another Goodwill drop off of...stuff. Seriously, the crap I’ve accumulated.
- Friend’s house to drop of some clothes and shoes. She’s going to try and sell on Poshmark. Chatted with her for a bit.
- Drove to my brother’s to drop off the three tubs. Chatted with him, my SIL and both (!) nieces for a bit.
- Went to the brand spanking new Market Basket - les, did you go? They did such a nice job with the property. It opened yesterday. I went to see if they had the Ocean Spray Diet Cran Pineapple juice. My Market Basket has been out of it for two weeks. Not only did they have it, they had disinfectant wipes!! And...wait for it...LYSOL DISINFECTANT SPRAY! I haven’t seen that in the store in close to a year. Could only get one of each, so after I brought my groceries to my car, pulled the ol’ “oh crap I forgot to get...something!” Went back in and bought one more of each.
- Went to my mom’s. I had bought her two cases of water. She was having issues getting her voicemail on her phone so I helped with that. Then she started to show me a crate of old paperwork stuff my dad kept. We went through a lot of it. Now I know where I get my hoarding tendencies - ha! Oh Dad, I miss you!
- went to the car wash. I’ve had what I think is bird crap on my windshield. It been there for months. Rain hasn’t washed it off. And neither did the car wash. Well, some of it came off, but not all.

Home now. Still need to do more cleaning up/purging. It’s never ending!!

I bought most of the furniture for my new house yesterday... $6000 worth.

Who knew that going from a 730 sq foot condo to a 2150 sq foot house would require... more stuff.
