Good morning Lodge. Fun times at my condo complex this morning. Can't recall if I posted a few months back about the guy in my building who got naked, flooded his unit and the three units below to the point where all four were condemned by the city. Well, somehow that whack job got back in the building. Not sure how as all four units still have the condemned sticker on the doors. Plus there was the whole naked with guns thing. Any. Way. I hear loud voices this morning, I go out on my balcony to check it out and see five police cars and uniformed officers talking. They're scoping out the ground between the parked cars and the building. A fire truck shows up, as does an ambulance. They're focusing on that patch of grass, I can't see it clearly. Then the police tape comes out. Which to me means, dead body. They wheel someone out on a gurney and put in the ambulance, not covered so still alive. Someone called the police early this morning as the whack job was walking the halls, naked, with a knife. And then jumped out a fourth floor window. JFC. Police are finally starting to leave, taking down the yellow police tape. This is nuts. And I'm thinking the condo management company should send out some kind of notice about what happened.

Wow! That will liven up the start to your day! DId you ever hear what happened? That dude needs an admission to help him out.

Have been crazy busy with school. There is something wrong when the adjunct faculty is IDing something (very big and obvious) that they should have ID'd on admitting the student to the program. Finally lost it and made more than one comment they aren't paying me enough to expect me to be the one solving the problem. And then... sent an email cc'ing everyone with a detailed synopsis of issues, what I had identified and what had not been done yet. Magic? nope....!! I know I say I am done every year but this one might really be it. I don't see things improving. I am experienced enough to resent them trying to gaslight me and act like I am a problem child for what I expect. Love to teach but the effort is far more than the payback. Not worth it.

lilnsl is racing Boston in 8 days. He's in the first wave after the pro runners. Has been racing out of his mind the last few weeks and his age graded results have him either elite or hovering close to the break point for elite. YIKES!! It seems unbelievable he is 25 and not lil' anymore.

wT baby went to hockey with us last weekend and pointed at and said "Zamboni" during intermission. We've read 'I am a Zamboni Machine' a few times. Parenting win!
