That brings back memories of adjusting the old UHF antenna "just right" on the b&w tv so I could watch (through the snow) Bobby, Derek, Phil, Chief, etc fly up and down the ice. Gosh they were fun to watch. Imagine if the technology of scoping knees was around in 1970

I wasnt around then, but I am old enough to remember WSBK, Fred Cusick and Sanderson. One of my favorite memories growing up as a kid.

Figured today would be a good day to post this. I made this last year right after getting home from the Garden.

There were really a dozen power plays worse than Boston's this season?

Both teams haven't been very good. Price has come up big when called upon.

Montreal's passing is so much sharper than Boston's.

It's like the Bruins need an act of Congress to generate more than a shot from the point. And even when they do, Montreal is just swarming on D.

Montreal's Americans are playing better than Boston's Canadians?

Better than Boston's Eastern Europeans, at any rate. Kaberle was completely asleep on Montreal's goal. Funny, I thought he was brought in to give Boston an edge.

As I was saying. Nice turnover, Lucic.

Rough game. Boston needs to play better. The 2nd period was solid, but no finishing.

I'm seriously not trying to kick bs fans while they are down but someone said it after the rangers game "for a great goaltender Thomas sure let's in a lot of ****ty goals". Granted tonight certainly wasnt Thomas' fault as you can't win if you don't score.

It's all Tom Brady's fault. The Giselle factor is spreading to all Boston sports...
